Here's the plain language version of what's below:
We collect NO personal information. We don't even know if you own or use our apps. We only know how many people use an app, on which devices, and which screens they visit. You can opt-out of this anonymous usage info if you want on the Settings screen of the app.
User Provided Information
Our apps may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system and version, and information about the way you use each app (for example the screens you visit and buttons you touch). Your usage data is aggregated and anonymized, which means we have no way through the information we collect to know which individual is using our apps or what they are doing with them. We only know that someone is using our apps and they are using it in a certain way.
This service is provided by a company called Flurry Analytics. As an extra step to protect your privacy, we use Flurry's restricted feature set, which further limits the information we receive.
How do you use the information you've collected?
We use this information to help us improve the apps. By having an understanding of how our apps are being used and on which types of devices, we can make usability and feature improvements to help our users, and spend our time where it can help you the most.
Information collected by Flurry Analytics is not sold or disclosed to any third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by Winner Wheel easily by going to the Settings screen (touch the "..." button in the upper left corner of the main screen), scrolling to the bottom, and turning the "Share Anonymous Telemetry" switch to "Off". You can also uninstall the application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device.
To comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you can view and delete all data collected by Flurry Analytics via a dashboard. You can view this dashboard by going to the Information screen, then tapping "Telemetry Dashboard."
Finally, you can also request to opt-out of Flurry Analytics altogether by visiting this link: https://developer.yahoo.com/flurry/end-user-opt-out
